Boiler Renewal, West Point, NY

Designed to convert the existing and obsolete steam heating system for nine buildings at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY to a state of the art low temperature hot water (LTHW) system. The existing system was fed from an old, inefficient central campus steam plant. This design created a modern, highly efficient condensing boiler plant co-located within one of the terminal buildings. Work included architecture, land surveying, and civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering.
