Mechanical Engineer

Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design with a BS in Mechanical Engineering (EIT preferred). Ability to do airside design to include duct sizing/layout and fan sizing, as well as, hydronic design and layout. Working knowledge and understanding of basic mechanical systems (VAV systems, CV systems, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, DX, etc). Ability to do plumbing design and layout to size basic domestic cold water, hot water, waste, and vent systems connected to basic plumbing fixtures. Ability to do basic natural gas piping design and layout. Provide drafting services in in both AutoCAD and Revit. Conduct engineering project management assistance as required and directly interact with clients to resolve project related issues. Receive on-the-job related training under supervision of a Professional Engineer and experienced design engineers.

Electrical Engineer

Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in electrical design with a BS in Electrical Engineering (EIT preferred). Understanding of feeder, motor circuit, lighting circuit, and branch circuit design. Ability to fully circuit a building and build panel schedules. Basic knowledge of transformer design and sizing. Can do lighting design and perform lighting layouts (with ability to perform photo-metrics). Ability to learn and assist with Arc Flash analysis and determine PPE requirements. Provide drafting services in in both AutoCAD and Revit. Conduct engineering project management assistance as required and directly interact with clients to resolve project related issues. Receive on-the-job related training under supervision of a Professional Engineer and experienced design engineers.

MEP/FP Designer/Drafter

Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in MEP/FP design with an Associates degree preferred. Ability to work on a varied array of building design projects. The Designer/Drafter completes day-to-day engineering, project administrative tasks, and assigned office tasks under direct supervision of a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. Principal duties include drafting mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire protection construction documents and participating in the design process. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit are expected. Excellent written and oral communication for client coordination is required. Ideal candidate is motivated and has the ability to manage time to meet client schedules and deadlines.
