Provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the Four Season Upgrade at Michie Stadium at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. The project modernized existing building systems to support year-round stadium operations, eliminating the need to seasonally shut down and winterize piping and equipment exposed to freezing conditions.

The design included upgrades to domestic water, sanitary, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems throughout the west, north, and south portions of the stadium, including multiple concourse levels, public restrooms, concession areas, support spaces, and the Hoffman Press Box. Improvements included modifications to domestic water and plumbing systems, HVAC equipment and distribution, fire sprinkler systems, and associated controls. New freeze-protection measures included insulated piping, heat-traced piping, unit heaters, and supporting electrical and control infrastructure.
