About Watson Engineering, P.C.
Watson Engineering, PC was founded by Erik Watson in 2009. Starting out as a small-scale consulting firm, Watson Engineering, PC has experienced steady growth into a full service engineering firm focused on commercial, government, healthcare, and general infrastructure design of increasing complexity and size. We are a proud Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and our primary client is the United States Federal Government-specifically the Department of the Army, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our client base, however, is steadily growing to include the New York State Office of General Services and private sector clients. Our main services include structural, civil, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) engineering. These engineering services provide the backbone for building and infrastructure design. As required, we establish teaming arrangements and tailor design teams that include additional services to include architecture, fire protection engineering, and surveying. In addition to building design services, we also provide forensic engineering, electrical arc flash studies, electrical power flow and coordinated power studies, and general inspection services. Our Professional Engineers personally carry out inspections by request on behalf of insurance companies, attorneys, business entities, and individuals.
